At TrendSet, the International Trade Fair for Interiors, Inspiration and Lifestyle, the Who’s Who of the industry presents itself. Complementing the leading international trade fairs, TrendSet has developed into a valuable trend and order platform for the specialist trade.
When does TrendSet take place?
At the start of each January and July, TrendSet opens its doors to the specialty trade. The very early date in the ordering and information cycle means TrendSet is where the industry meets to discover the latest trends for living and lifestyle.
Where does TrendSet take place?
TrendSet takes place in Munich, Germany, at Messe München (Munich Exhibition Center), one of the most modern exhibition centres in the world.
Why do I have to register as being from the trade?
Registration as an attendee from the trade safeguards affiliation with the trade and guarantees for both exhibitors and the specialty trade that the fair will run smoothly.
How do I register as an attendee from the trade?
You can register either before the fair online or directly at the fair.
To register online, just fill out and submit the proper form. To prove that you engage in commercial activity (i.e., have a business), you can either enter your value added tax (VAT) number or send us the registration of your business, an excerpt from the commercial register, or another proof of engaging in commercial activity as an enterprise. Send your proof by electronic mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax it to us at +49 89 4622465-50.
Registration directly at the fair
If you have never attended TrendSet before, then please go to the “New Registration” counter.
Take to the fair either a valid proof of registration of your business (registration of commercial activity) or a copy of the excerpt from the commercial register (which shows that your enterprise/business is registered as such), along with your personal identification card. It is not enough to take your company’s value added tax (VAT) identification number to the fair as proof, because VAT IDs cannot be checked at the fair.
If you have attended TrendSet before, but have not received a check-in-card?
For this particular fair event, then please take your business card and personal identification card to the fair and register yourself at the counter “Registered Attendees (without check-in-card)”.
How do I get an check-in-card?
After successful online registration we will send you the check-in-card around six weeks before the fair free of charge. In case we receive your registration too late, we are not able to send the check-in-card by post. In this case you will get admission to the TrendSet ticket shop.
I have received a check-in-card. Will this give me access to the fair or do I have to buy tickets before?
With your check-in-card you are able to buy online your desired amount of admission tickets. At the fair you are able to buy admission tickets at the counter “check-in-card” upon presentation of your check-in-card.
How do I get TrendSet tickets?
You are a trade visitor and have registered already at the TrendSet? Then, you are able to purchase admission tickets for TrendSet before the fair via our ticket shop.

I have received a voucher code. How do I get an admission ticket?
You can redeem your voucher code online in the admission ticket shop. Please note that redeeming your voucher code directly at the fair can only be done in exceptional cases.
Here are our recommendations for accommodation in Munich during TrendSet.
Please be aware that dogs are unfortunately not permitted on the grounds of the Munich Trade Fair Centre. There are not enough grassy areas where they can be taken for walks. Furthermore, there are no care facilities for dogs at the fair.
Children from 0 – 11 years accompanied by an adult have free access to the general admission area. Starting at the age of 12 years the ticket fee is 17.00 Euro for a 1-Day Ticket and 23.00 Euro for a 3-Day Ticket.
