The wood for our combs not only comes from regional and sustainable forestry – but also has exactly the properties that are important in hair care: Our finely structured fruit tree and hardwoods are particularly stable and elastic and at the same time anti-static . It is precisely these advantages that wood has over its synthetic substitutes that make the production of our wooden combs a challenge. The over 20 individual production steps require a lot of sensitivity and experience gained over generations. Grinding and rounding the tips of the teeth is particularly important in order to not only organize your own hair when using it, but also to have a beneficial effect on the scalp.

So that every head can find the comb that suits them, our range includes over 38 different comb models with 5 different tooth widths. The most important distinguishing feature is the distance between the teeth: the longer, curlier and denser the hair is, the larger this should be. In addition, the craftsmanship creates a pleasant feel and highlights the uniqueness of the wood structure. Care instructions: To ensure you enjoy your wooden comb for a long time, prolonged contact with water and extreme temperatures should be avoided. For optimal care, the comb can be washed with mild shampoo and should then be dried with a towel. A drop of olive oil or beeswax balm from time to time nourishes the comb and makes the surface shine.
