Black Edition – The enameled baking pans in the “We love Backing” series

Springform pans and classic bread and cake pans are part of the basic equipment when baking. They should be durable, have a good non-stick coating, and, above all, achieve good baking results. The new Black Edition baking molds from STÄDTER are particularly high-quality and of course PFAS-free.

The springform pans have an enamelled flat base whose new black enamel coating is scratch- and cut-resistant, meaning the cake can be cut directly on the base. The floor is of course also leak-proof. The special coating ensures optimal heat distribution in the mold. This makes the cake turn out particularly well. The springform pans are available with a flat base in sizes 24 cm, 26 cm and 28 cm. A shape with a flat base and a tube base is also available in the 26 cm size. The molds can be cleaned with a cloth and mild detergent.
