“Jack” is a practical little helper that makes carving chestnuts a safe and memorable experience.

In contrast to conventional knives, “Jack’s” saw-tooth blade prevents slipping on the smooth chestnut shell by simply guiding it over the curvature of the chestnut with measured pressure. The kernel remains intact and the shell bursts open at the perforated point as soon as it is heated in the oven, on a hot plate or over an open fire.
