Wollken Design UG

Wollken Design UG is the Berlin-based company behind the brand Wollken Studio. We import and distribute premium knitwear made from Mongolian yak wool and cashmere on the European B2B market.

The fibre is hand-combed each spring by herder families on the Mongolian steppe and crafted into garments in family-run knitwear factories in Ulaanbaatar. Our supply chain is fully traceable — from the steppe to Berlin.

Our range includes knitwear in 100% yak wool (hoodie, V-neck, cardigan, crewneck, turtleneck), cashmere accessories (scarf, beanie, gloves, balaclava) and wool socks.

A part of every sale funds Nogoon Nutag, our own initiative for pasture regeneration and sustainable grazing management on the Mongolian steppe.
