Purpose and legal basis of data processing:
We use personal data that you have provided solely for the purpose of the technical administration of our websites and to fulfil your wishes and requirements in the exhibitor administration (Center).

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

However, TrendSet GmbH takes all necessary precautions – within the scope of what is technically possible – to protect the data against misuse from the outside. Measures such as encryption, firewalls, hacker defence programmes and manual security precautions are applied. For the exhibitor administration and the shop, the user also requires a personal password.

Duration of storage:
We delete your data when it is no longer required after processing an enquiry or termination of the contract. This does not apply to data that we are required by law to store for a certain period of time (e.g. documents that must be kept in accordance with tax law and commercial law) and data that we need to safeguard legitimate interests, in particular to assert claims or for direct marketing.

Your rights with regard to the processing of your data
As a data subject, you have the right to information with regard to your collected personal data and the right to correction, as well as a right to deletion of your data after expiry of the retention period vis-à-vis the organiser.
