Purpose and legal basis of data processing
We use the personal data you provide exclusively for the purpose of the technical administration of our websites and to fulfill your wishes and requirements, e.g. to process an order in the ticket store.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

However, TrendSet GmbH takes all necessary precautions – within the scope of technical possibilities – to protect the data from misuse from the outside. Measures such as encryption, firewalls, hacker defense programs and manual security precautions are used. Users also need a personal password for exhibitor management and the store.

Users can register as a visitor to a trade show to gain access to the ticket store and create additional people there for whom they want to order tickets.

We will send a registered visitor information about the visit to the trade fair by e-mail and inform him, for example, about the start of ticket sales. These e-mails do not contain any advertising. A registered visitor can deactivate the receipt of such information at any time.

Storage period
We delete your data when they are no longer required after processing an inquiry or termination of the contract. This does not apply to data that we are required by law to store for a certain period of time (e.g. documents that must be retained under tax law and commercial law) and data that we need to protect legitimate interests, in particular to assert claims or for direct marketing.

Your rights with regard to the processing of your data
