TrendSet Winter 2019: Good outcome of the fair at the Topic Areas

With its Topic Areas, TrendSet offers its own platform at the fair for new and innovative products, special trends, entire industry sectors, and contemporary fine art. At TrendSet Winter 2019, as in the past, the Topic Areas were again in demand. The exhibitors at TrendSet Newcomer, TrendSet Country & Style, TrendSet Bijoutex, and TrendSet Fine Arts were satisfied with the result of the fair.

Whether summer or winter, the local products at TrendSet Country & Style are always in demand. The Topic Area for Heimat Collections once again presented many trendy and traditional products from the areas of traditional costumes (Tracht) and country styles. The trend towards nature-inspired designs, which has persisted for years, also contributed to the success of this sector. TrendSet Newcomer once again offered small and innovative firms, companies new to the fair, and young companies a platform for presenting their promising products. As an established Topic Area for Accessories, TrendSet Bijoutex was once again a must-attend event for all trade visitors from the fashion jewellery, beauty, and fashion sectors.

The success story of TrendSet Fine Arts continues

In addition to the established Topic Areas, in January, TrendSet Fine Arts was present for the second time. After its successful start at TrendSet Summer 2018, this Topic Area showed individual works and series of contemporary artists on the current spirit of the times at TrendSet Winter 2019. The art area of TrendSet provides an answer to the pursuit of individuality in the Interiors & Lifestyle sector. This is where pictures, photographs, drawings, graphics, and sculptures of contemporary artists are made available to a wider audience. Trade visitors took advantage of the opportunity to directly purchase the individual works or series of promising artists or to order unique pieces for their own shops, thus expanding their product assortments in the direction of individual design. The exhibitors at TrendSet had the opportunity to add works to their collections or to commission one-of-a-kind pieces. Gallery owners came to get to know new artists and their art and to acquire them.
