The rich flavours of our chocolate come 100% from the cocoa bean. We do not add any flavourings that are not naturally present in the cocoa bean and thus achieve a fully aromatic, fruity, Fairtrade and organic chocolate that is not dominated by bitter substances, even with a high cocoa content. As the conventional roasting and conching process of the traditional chocolate industry almost completely volatilises the natural flavours due to the high process temperatures, flavour components such as vanilla and high amounts of sugar (up to 60%) must be added later for flavouring and as flavour carriers.

Thanks to our worldwide patented extraction process, we obtain 4 pure elements from the cocoa bean and thus compose our unique products from white to 82% dark chocolate without bitterness.
