Our secret favourite is the organic apricot salt. Inspired by regular short trips to South Tyrol, we rave about this delicious fruity apricot. In combination with the bright blue cornflower and a touch of rose petals, the apricot salt gives every dish the visual icing on the cake. The sweet and sour taste is underlined by the orange peel. The South Tyrolean apricot is natural and has been processed without any antioxidants (such as sulphur dioxide). Enjoy our favourite salt! Ideal with: potato dishes, egg dishes, meat and risotto.

This salt de luxe, consisting of 45% high-quality spices, adds a whole new level to delicate dishes. Of course, as with all our salt blends, we do not use any additives or flavour enhancers. We find that the air-dried chilli peppers harmonise very well with orange peel and ginger and taste incredibly delicious.
